Ashley Bryant’s journey into technology leadership began in an unexpected place: a kindergarten classroom. With a background in early years education and a lifelong enthusiasm for tech—her first computer was custom-built when she was in 5th grade—Ashley naturally combined curiosity with courage, becoming a fearless early adopter of digital tools in her teaching.

As a classroom teacher, she quickly became the go-to person for troubleshooting and experimenting with new tools, especially in schools where dedicated technology departments didn’t yet exist. From introducing 5- and 6-year-olds to Minecraft, to using robots to teach phonics, Ashley embraced technology not as a gimmick but as a meaningful extension of learning.

Midway through her career in early childhood education, Ashley transitioned into a formal role as a Technology Coach, supporting K–12 educators in integrating technology into their teaching practice. When the COVID-19 pandemic reshaped education globally, she stepped into a broader leadership role, helping coaches and teachers plan strategically, integrate tools thoughtfully, and navigate the rapid shifts in digital learning.

Today, Ashley leads with the same spirit she brought to her kindergarten classroom: a belief in risk-taking, a passion for supporting educators, and a commitment to making technology purposeful, accessible, and empowering for all learners.
