David Neudorf
Dave’s career began in the classroom, where he witnessed the internet unfold from its infancy. Early on, he realized that technology isn’t a destination, but a the vehicle for continuous learning. His core belief is that life and education thrive on capacity building: empowering individuals and teams to intentionally grow, adapt, and lead their own journeys.
Over the years, Dave has served as a Technology Director across international schools, not just implementing devices, but constructing robust systems, supportive cultures, and state-of-the-art learning environments that transform fear of the new into mastery.
This deeply held conviction is what drives his involvement with the Technology Readiness Council. Its purpose perfectly aligns with his philosophy: to move beyond simply installing technology and instead focus on the structures, technical support, strategic planning, and intentional professional growth that ensure true readiness. Through this work, he helps educational leaders build resilient foundations that allow schools not only to survive the digital age but to thrive in it.
